Crystal with a Redwood tree

California, United States

P L A Y

My intimate interrelationship to nature and to trees run deep and it is spiritual. When I touch a tree, I feel a special connection and an exchange of energy. Being with trees brings me joy and peace. Now more than ever, it is important to protect and to nurture the trees so that biodiversity and ecosystems can thrive to help all beings live a healthier and more vibrant life. Trees provide housing, food and protection. They store water in their roots and trunks and they help retain nutrients and moisture in the soil. Trees also help each other thrive and survive during difficult times like drought. Trees represent life.
